Amazon Daily Deals, Now Available in the UK, Starting in London



The UK, can now benefit from Amazon daily deals, as a new dedicate website in the UK has launched. Today, however is only available to people living in London that have subscribed to email morning alerts on today's deals.

The new service called AmazonLocal for the UK, allows people to subscribe to email alerts on daily offers, however these offers will be customized to where you live. As a result, money saving deals will be posted via email every morning relevant to where you live. Furthermore, reward points will also be awarded on purchases. 

Nevertheless at present this new service is only in operation for London. This service has been in operation in the US since last year.

Gmail Email Traffic Connections Now Encrypted To Protect Its Users

It was announced  today by Google  that is protecting its Gmail users by providing enhanced encryption. Gmail will “always use an encrypted HTTPS connection”  When a user connects to read its email, and subsequently transmits a new communication, it will now be always encrypted.  This security layer also ensures that even when traffic at a point of delivery and processing stages as it travels between Google servers and data communication highways will have better security from any possible third party attempts to read confidential data.
